Its relationship with reversiblity is not clear.

Every work of art leaves concealed an element of perversion, misunderstood and hidden, inaccessible to insight. (I would like to cite Freud here, since he had a similar stance about art, which is the source of inspiration here) In every piece of art, if you shine ∃ a certain light on it, there exists a manifestation (or lack thereof) of a darker, conflicted, or misunderstood aspects of the psyche, leaving some imprint on the canvas of artistic expression, yet no one can see.
