Machine learning is nothing but Data* (xyz).
Quote: "Machine learning is capable of doing all sorts of things as long as you have the data to teach it how."
Since 2009, I went beyond that mindset. ML is the data itself. The choice of GPU or even the choice of model is almost insignificant.
ML is simply some form of a science of Data (I don't mean "Data Science" in the sense people use these days).
